Awful experience

The apartment is not the same as in the pictures and was dirty (smell of urin very strong), the window was broken and we found a cockroach. The host never replied to us.

Check-in war angegeben mit 14:30 Uhr. Um kurz nach 15 Uhr hat niemand auf mein Klingeln, Anrufen oder Nachrichten schreiben reagiert. Erst durch die Intervention von FeWo direkt erhielt ich den Zugangscode. Das Leintuch hatte Flecken, der Herd funktionierte nicht und es roch leicht modrig. Die Matratze war von guter Qualität, das Bad und der Kühlschrank sauber. Das Gelände wirkt etwas ungepflegt, z.B. volle Aschenbecher im Außenbereich.
