If you’re looking for relaxation and tranquility away from the crowds of beach tourism, you’ll find it here. A few years ago, we personally landscaped a subtropical garden on 5,800 square metres and built three houses within this green space. Our property is unique in Hua Hin in terms of both size and design. We, the owners, live in the main house. The other two houses were used exclusively for private purposes and were intended for my wife’s sons to live in. For professional reasons, our sons now live outside of Hua Hin, and we would like to rent the houses to interested parties. Our property is located on a hillside on the outskirts of Hua Hin in the Hin Lek Fai area. It offers excellent transport connections to city centre Hua Hin and the beach. By car, you can reach city centre and the beach in about 10 to 15 minutes. If you’d like to avoid mass tourism at the beach, we can show you a stretch of beach near Hua Hin that is used almost exclusively by locals; it’s unknown to tourists and isn’t advertised. This stretch of beach has a grove of trees, a restaurant right on the water, several small shops, free shower facilities to rinse off the saltwater, bathrooms, affordable beach chair rentals, a large car park, and a train station where the train stops to bring local visitors from other regions. A small entrance fee is charged per car. The beach is located in the immediate vicinity of a military base, and the soldiers are required to keep the beach clean every day. This makes your time at the beach a relaxing experience, and you won’t be crammed together like on the public beach in Hua Hin.

The house has approximately 100 square metres of living space and is fully furnished except for the study; it features 2 bedrooms, 1 unfurnished study, living-dining area, European-style kitchen with electric stove and washing machine, refrigerator, bathroom with toilet, small terrace with benches, parking space for one vehicle next to the house.
Location: Hua Hin – Hin Lek Fai
Living in a green setting; the house is situated on a 3.65 rai (5,840 square metres) subtropical, well-maintained garden lot with a concrete, tiled driveway; very quiet location; the house is in like-new condition.
Interior:
Fully furnished; kitchenware, dishes, appliances, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, housekeeping supplies, bed linens, and towels are provided.
Foundation and Rainwater Protection:
The house was built approximately 40 cm above ground level on concrete pillars with an additional foundation wall. For this reason, there is no moisture on the walls or floor inside the house. No health-hazardous mould growth on the walls during the rainy season.


Rent:
16,000 baht per month per house. Electricity and hot water usage are tracked via separate metres for each house and billed monthly, as are internet costs.

Landlord:
