Holiday Home 'Barrierefreie Ferienwohnung' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

The comfortable vacation apartment is largely barrier-free and is located directly in the village of Görmin, is at ground level and approx. 100m² in size. It is intended for 4 people, additional small children are possible.

The largest room of approx. 45m² is divided into a living area and dining room/kitchen area. From here you can access the terrace and the garden through a door. There is a wood-burning stove in this room for extra coziness in the cold season.

Firewood is provided. In the living room you will find a large corner couch, a chaise longue (one person can sleep on it), TV and a small library.



The kitchen has the following equipment: oven with 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, large fridge with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine with filter, toaster and microwave. The dining table seats 6 people.

In the large living room/bedroom you will find a double bed (160 x 200 cm, upper edge of mattress 62 cm), 1 sofa, wicker armchair, wardrobe and TV.

The small bedroom has a bunk bed (100 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe.

The bathroom (access through a sliding door) has a spacious, barrier-free shower (either rain or normal shower with handle), WC and washbasin.

A second WC is barrier-free with washbasin, tumble dryer and washing machine. (also accessible through a sliding door)

In the hallway you will find a checkroom and a cupboard with cleaning materials and equipment.

The garden area has a size of approx. 68m², of which approx. 21m² is a terrace. Garden furniture for the terrace is available as well as a small sandpit. The garden is fenced all around, ideal for small children.

We also provide: Iron and ironing board, drying rack and, if required, high chair and travel cot.
