Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und dabei eine Oase der Ruhe. Ideal zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Einkaufen, Banken etc. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Schöne Bistros und Gastronomie ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Fährt man ein paar Minuten, gibt es tolle Orte zu entdecken. Die Menschen dort sind sehr freundlich.
