Holiday Apartment 1 with Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment is about 45 sqm and suitable for up to 4 people, with a baby cot available on request. The open-plan kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped and has a smart TV. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom offers two single beds and also a smart TV. Bed linen and towel sets are included. All windows have insect screens, and there is underfloor heating in all rooms. The bathroom features a toilet, a shower with rain showerhead, and a hairdryer. The property offers direct access to Lake Werbellin. You have free use of two SUP boards, an inflatable boat, a rowing boat, and life jackets in various sizes. A barbecue is also provided. For children, there is a wide selection of indoor and outdoor games.

The apartment has a size of approx. 45 square meters and is suitable for up to 4 people + baby crib if required. The eat-in kitchen on the first floor is fully equipped incl. Smart TV. There is a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds and a Smart TV in the second bedroom. Bed linen and towel package are included. Fly screens are fitted to all windows. Underfloor heating in all rooms. The bathroom has a WC and shower with rain shower, as well as a hairdryer.

The terrace is covered and has an awning. From here you have a wonderful view of the lake.

Eine super Fewo, ein toller See. Entspannung pur.

Pros: Das Ferienhaus hat eine super Lage mit Blick auf den Werbellinsee. In wenigen Schritten ist man am und im Wasser. Wir konnten das Ruderboot nutzen und angeln. Wir hatten alles vor Ort um ein tollen Urlaub zu verbringen. Cons: Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Pros: Schöne ruhige Gegend mit Wald und Wasser.Voll ausgestattete Küche (Nudelsieb,Auflaufform,Gewürze) und liebevolle Einrichtung.
