Abwicklung über WOB völlig entspannt. In Objektbeschreibung wird nicht klar, dass nur im Untergeschoss Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten (sonst nur helle Innenrollos) existieren. Im Sommer zum Schlafen im OG schwierig.

Wir waren im November im Haus 126 und die Lage ist unschlagbar. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strandaufgang 11C. Im Sommer wird es da sicher laut, aber im Herbst war es perfekt. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, auch die Fußbodenheizung haben wir sehr geschätzt. Was uns etwas gestört hat, ist die kleine Couch und dass das Haus hellhörig ist. Vom unteren Schlafzimmer hört man die Gespräche im Wohnzimmer/Küche als wäre man direkt dabei und selbst im Obergeschoß hört man, wenn der Wasserhahn im EG angeschaltet wird, auch knarrt die Treppe sehr. Das Grundstück war sehr gepflegt. Die Buchung über WOB lief sehr gut ab, die Kommunikation und auch die Schlüsselübergabe über den Keyboy sind lobend zu erwähnen.
