Welcome to our holiday rental in Warth am Arlberg. Warth is a beautiful village situated at an elevation of 1,500 metres, right on the Arlberg.Es is located in the Vorarlberg and Lechtal Alps, directly on the border with Tyrol. Your holiday begins right at our front door, with a breathtaking view of the Höllenkopf and Mittagsspitze mountains. The famous Lech Hiking Trail runs right past the house, inviting you to hike and explore the panoramic natural scenery in the summer. In front of the house is Lake Seebach, where you can relax, take a dip, or even go fishing for a fee. The Sonnalp was built in the 1970s to serve as a second home. Here, locals from Vorarlberg could—and still can—take a break from city life. The owners take great care to maintain the property, which is why there is a caretaker on site. The community also places great importance on friendly interactions among residents.

The apartment is approximately 60 m² in size, with lovingly and cosily furnished rooms for a maximum of 2–6 people, inviting you to relax after an eventful day on the Arlberg.
The apartment’s rooms are spacious and include 2 bedrooms, a living room with a winter balcony, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a separate bathroom.
