Apartment "Casa Zen" with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi
Beautiful new and independent apartment. Ideally located in Northern Ardèche, the village of Vernosc and its shops are less than 2 km away, as well as restaurants nearby. Just 10 minutes from Annonay, you can discover the house of the Montgolfier brothers and Marc Seguin, rich in history. The Via Fluvia, accessible in 5 minutes from the residence, allows you to enjoy bike rides or walks through the countryside to Annonay.
Nearby, you will find the Peaugres safari and the Saint-Clair golf course, as well as a wide range of activities and cultural visits (45 minutes from Saint-Bonnet, starred restaurant, wine route, walks in the Pilat natural park). This functional accommodation, ideal for two couples or a family with two children, is fully equipped and everything you need is provided to make your stay pleasant (spices, coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, complimentary cold drinks, etc.).
We will be happy to guide and inform you so that your stay goes as smoothly as possible. You can enjoy a pétanque court and the loan of two non-electric bicycles.
