The ground-floor apartment is 62 m² and is wheelchair accessible. It features 1 bedroom, a barrier-free bathroom with natural light, 2 storage rooms, and a spacious open-concept area with a kitchen, living room, and dining area. It can be booked for 2–3 people. The sofa bed in the living room can be unfolded into a comfortable bed with a sleeping surface of 2.00 x 1.50 m.
The upstairs holiday apartment is 75 m² and features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with natural light, 1 storage room, and a large open-concept living-dining area with a kitchenette. It can accommodate up to 5 people; for this, the two sofas in the living room can be converted into 2 sleeping areas, each with a sleeping surface of 2.00 x 1.40 m.
The large, park-like garden with a bocce court, as well as a lockable room for your bicycles, is available to all guests.
Parking is available on-site. Pets are not allowed.



On-site fees: Children under 5 years of age stay for free. When booking, please specify only the number of travellers over 5 years of age and note under “Comments/Information for the Host” that an additional child under 6 years of age will be travelling with you.
