Holiday Home 'Meerchenhaus' with Private Terrace, Garden, and Wi-Fi
Life is too short—take time for the sea. Welcome to our beautiful "Meerchenhaus" on the North Sea island of Sylt, the perfect retreat for unforgettable holidays. The house impresses with its excellent location and offers comfort across approximately 71 sqm of living space. On the ground floor, you'll find the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. A southwest-facing terrace with a beach chair and a lawned garden adjoin the house. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and another small bathroom with WC and washbasin.
The property is close to the beach, public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. Parking is available on the premises. One pet is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. There is also a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles.

Pros: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ganz gemütlich! Man fühlt sich nach dem ersten Tag schon wie zu Hause. Es war alles da, es ist auch nichts zu knapp, Geschirr z. B., mehr als ausreichend, das ist toll. Super sauber alles und wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist auch toll, man ist in fünf Minuten am Strand. Und ein sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder in der wärmeren Jahreszeit....

Pros: Wir verbrachten 5 Nächte im Mai 23 mit unseren Enkelinnen (4/6) in diesem schönen Haus. Es ist ruhig gelegen, fussläufig der Wald zu erreichen und auch der Strand. Wir haben bestens geschlafen und hatten ausreichend Platz. Alles was benötigt wurde, war vorhanden. Ich gebe 100 von 100 möglichen Punkten. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich.

Pros: Das kleine Reihenhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und war für 2 Personen mit relativ großem Hund nahezu perfekt.
Wegen des leider schlechten Wetters konnten wir die Terrasse und den kleinen Garten nicht nutzen, Wenningstedt ist jetzt nicht so einladend.
