Charming East Hampton Springs Country Home with Beautiful Secluded Pool

This elegant 4 bedroom 4 bath farmhouse sits on almost an acre of secluded woodland in the artistic community of East Hampton Springs close to the Jackson Pollack home. Within walking distance of Gardiner's Bay and the Peconic Estuary, it is an ideal place for families to unwind. This farm house is transformed throughout the day by the gorgeous light that enters through the many windows throughout its one and two storied spaces. The master bedroom suite is spacious and has its own newly renovated bathroom. Three guest bedrooms upstairs and optional sleeping in the separate downstairs den are available to sleep 10 people comfortably. The open chef's kitchen is newly renovated and opens to a fabulous dining room with Pottery Barn furnished large wooden table and rattan chairs that are perfect for entertaining. The dining room opens to an outdoor deck (complete with a gas grill) and large pool surrounded by lounge chairs. The front porch is ideal for quiet contemplation. More quiet than East Hampton proper, Springs is a lovely neighborhood, a perfect escape to quiet serenity that is still a short drive to the town or to the main beaches. Walk or bike to enjoy the quiet beaches of Gardiner's Bay where you can kayak and swim and the views are unrivaled. Additional amenities include beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, pool floaties, and an outdoor dining table.

Hamptons home

The house was on a great street , quiet and pretty. Front porch was a great spot for morning coffee and reading. Pool with deck furniture was awesome. Kitchen well stocked, sleeping comfortable. Owner was friendly and helpful. WiFi cuts out often , my daughter who was working on vacation had to leave early due to WiFi otherwise would recommend .

Lovely and Spacious home

We all really enjoyed ourselves and Ken the host was very attentive. The location is great! We were able to enjoy the lovely pool, beach, bike riding and great restaurants. The house is well stocked with anything you could need and very homey. We had a great BBQ around the pool for the 4th that we were able to make quite pretty with their outdoor dishes! It was so nice to be in a home that we could tell is well loved by the owners. We would highly recommend this house and would love to return ourselves someday.

Perfect Home for Family

Owner was very attentive and answered any any all questions. The property was clean and well laid out. The air conditioning and ceiling fans kept us comfortable. I was very impressed with the equipment provided in the kitchen as well as the generous supply of condiments and spices . It made it feel like home from the minute we arrived. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The pool was delightful with plenty of seating and pool floats and it had latched gates to prevent little ones from entering on their own. Owners thoughtfully supplied beach towels and plenty of linens. Truly this house has everything you might need!

Why they chose this property

We have rented in the Hamptons for many years and have had many enjoyable family vacations there. What we did find is that since many of the rental properties did not live up to our expectations we decided to buy and thus create a first rate vacation experience. We fell in love with this house in the Springs as it a farm house in setting but a modern oasis as well. Although not far from town and the main beaches of East Hampton it has a five star resort like quality in that it has a designer kitchen, a dining area that overlooks the pool that easily fits a dining table for 10 or 12, is newly renovated,has biking and hiking trails right outside the door ( their are 5 bikes on property for guest use ), and is close , i.e. half a mile, from incredible kayaking on a secluded bay. We decorated the house so that even the most discerning traveler would appreciate the highest level of guest comfort and satisfaction. ( Please check out the written reviews posted on our site. ) We are sure that our house, and its location, is the perfect vacation setting for all of our rental guests.
