The holiday flat is located in a quiet part of Porec, just a few minutes' walk from Pical beach and approx. 600 m from the old town of Porec. The detached house stands on a 400m2 plot and is surrounded by a well-kept garden. Restaurants and shops can be reached in a few minutes and are only 100 metres away. Only this holiday flat is rented out in the house and the landlord lives on the 1st floor. Parking in front of the house or in the courtyard. This holiday flat for 2-3 persons with 35m2 living space is located on the ground floor of the house and consists of kitchen with dining room, bedroom with double bed and Sat Tv, bathroom with shower/WC. At the entrance there is a covered terrace with seating. An extra bed in the bedroom is possible. Wlan internet connection is available free of charge.
