The worst possible experience
This property was advertised as an apartment with 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, accomodating up to 9 guests, which was accurate. There was a tiny kitchenette, not a kitchen as advertised. There were a few scattered pieces of silverware, plates, a couple of pans, not nearly enough to accommodate any more than 3-4 people (there were 6 of us). It was advertised as a Kitchen and it was not. The only cooking element was an induction hot plate, which did not function. There were minifridges in each bedroom, but not one in the kitchens. There were no paper goods in the kitchenette and one tiny trash can for the entire unit. The drains in both the shower and the sink in one of the baths did not flow properly and if taking a shower one would have to stop the shower several times so as not to overflow on to the floor. Two of the 3 bedrooms open off an exterior walkway, the other off the kitchenette.! THERE IS NO LIVING SPACE. This should be advertised as a separate on bedroom rentals with a shared kitchenette. There is a large roof deck on top of the unit with a nice view back to Mt Vesuvius, but everything about this rental is deceptive and inadequate. We had it rented for 4 nights, but left after 1 because it was so bad. We were told that the management company would contact us after we left, but they did not. The proprietor of the property was defensive and unprepared and should not be running this. It is not up to VRBO standards. There we no written house rules.
