The rental terms specify that check-in times are flexible.
The nightly rate is calculated based on a check-in time of 3:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM

An earlier check-in (up to 3 hours earlier) is possible subject to availability and can be arranged in advance. We charge €12 per hour (if you’d like to arrive as early as 12:00 PM, you’ll pay a one-time surcharge of €36). We also offer the same flexibility under the same conditions on the day of departure, subject to availability.


You can relax and take your time arriving and departing, especially if you’re traveling with children, who are very welcome here! We look forward to welcoming guests from all over the world.

Please understand that after booking, we ask each guest to send us a copy of their ID for verification—this is for our mutual safety.

Well-behaved pets are welcome here.
However, please observe the following specific house rules:
- Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment.
-The owner is fully liable for any damage to furnishings or messes caused by the pet.
- The pet is not allowed on the bed or the couch.
