Leuk huisje dichtbij Porlezza

Leuk vakantiehuisje, alles is er maar wel heel eenvoudig. Ligging direct aan de drukke doorgaande weg is handig maar wel goed opletten met uitrijden. Uitzicht wordt helaas belemmerd door hoge afscheiding. Douche geeft al snel koud water zeker als je met vieren bent.

Danke für die Rückmeldung. Der Hinweis auf die Lage an der Straße ist ausgeschrieben. Bezüglich der TV-Sender steht in der Beschreibung lediglich ein Flachbildschirm-TV, die Programmauswahl hängt vom örtlichen Empfang ab. Wir hoffen, Sie hatten dennoch einen schönen Urlaub.

Op zich een goed huisje maar rommelige entree met een rommelige parkeerplaats en binnenkomst in het huis.Het warme water was na 1-2 douchebeurten op. Ligging tov Porlezza en Cima is wel erg goed.

As the entrance is shared with other apartments, maintenance is not entirely under our control, but improvements are planned. The parking area will be cleared and organized ahead of the coming season. Additionally, the hot water boiler is scheduled to be replaced to ensure more comfort. Schöner Ausblick und kleine Abstriche

Lage fast direkt am See. Nur die Hauptstraße ist dazwischen. Toller Blick vom Balkon auf den Luganer See. Sehr detaillierte Beschreibung der wichtigsten Punkte. Frische Eier und Zwieback als Willkommensgeschenk. Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt da keine Wünsche offen. Kleine Abstriche: -Katzenkot auf den Parkplätzen der Unterkunft. Mehrmals reingetreten. -Spinnenweben in diversen Räumen. -Dreck zusammengekehrt, aber in den Ecken einfach liegengelassen.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Helle,saubere und gut bewohnbare Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit schönem Blick auf den See. Der Eingangsbereich im Erdgeschoss könnte einladender eingerichtet sein.Hier stehen die Putzgeräte. Die Wegbeschreibung vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung stimmte leider nicht: die Pfeile weisen in die falsche Richtung und markieren das falsche Haus.Die Ein:Ausfahrt auf die vielbefahrene Strasse erfordert Aufmerksamkeit!Der Fussweg nach Cima sollte vom Vermieter beschrieben werden, da die Straße schmal,ohne Fussweg und vielbefahren ist.
