Very cosy, rustic timber house "Soltun", 387 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, detached, built in 2010. 2 km from the centre of Felle, 27 km from the centre of Åmil, 57 km from the centre of Kragerø, 70 m from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 1'840 m2, parking at the house. E-charging station. Shop 2 km, supermarket 27 km, café 2 km, bus stop "Felle" 2 km, ferry "Larvik" 106 km, lake Grestjønn 70 m. Fishing possibilities 70 m. Please note: fishing [permit required].
