Semi-detached house "Tanja", 3 storeys. In the centre of Osor 20 km from the centre of Mali Lošinj, 35 km from the centre of Cres, 150 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. Private: terrace (25 m2), garden furniture. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to 150 m from the house. Public parking 150 m. Shop 120 m, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 180 m, pebble beach, concrete beach 200 m.
4-room semi-detached house 110 m2 on 3 levels, south-west facing position. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/bidet/WC and air conditioning. 2nd upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 170 - 255 cm, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Shower/WC. Underfloor heating (extra). Facilities: safe. Internet (WiFi, free). Low placed windows in bedrooms with sloping ceilings.
