Welcome to your ideal accommodation for a relaxing stay in Gunzenhausen!
The spacious 200 m² apartment offers space for up to 8 people and combines comfort with modern amenities. It consists of a cozy living room with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (one with a large double bed and three with 1.40 m wide double beds), two bathrooms and an additional guest WC. A private sauna with various infusions provides relaxation. WLAN and a workstation for home office as well as a private balcony are also available. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available, but is shared with other residents.
The accommodation is close to the Altmühlsee lake, the Brombachsee lake and the charming old town of Gunzenhausen. A free parking lot is available directly on the property.
Families with children are very welcome. However, pets, smoking and the reception of additional guests are not permitted. We ask our guests to leave the accommodation swept clean on departure. If the keys are lost, a fee will be charged for changing the locks.
Sustainability is important to us. The accommodation has recycling guidelines, energy-saving lighting and has been insulated with sustainable materials. A practical self-check-in system makes your arrival particularly uncomplicated. Please follow the instructions in the booking confirmation.
After booking, you will receive a Holidu contact form by e-mail. We ask you to fill it out completely and provide your address so that we can prepare your stay in the best possible way.

Cons: Dass der Hausbesitzer sich weder zu erkennen gab noch uns gefragt hat, ob wir irgend etwas noch benötigt hätten. Wir hatten wenig Licht am Abend und konnten den Fernseher nicht anschalten. Am Abfahrtstag hatten wir durch Zufall erfahren,daß der Hausbesitzer die ganze Zeit anwesend war und wir ihn für einen Touristen hielten. Ganz schlechter service für diesen Preis. Hallo zu sagen wäre das mindeste gewesen

tolle Gastgeberin, tolle Wohnung, tolle familienfreundliche Umgebung
Pros: Johanna ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, super Kommunikation, war immer für uns erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock und ist sehr geräumig, warm und gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind jeweils mit einem Badezimmer dazwischen voneinander getrennt. Die 2,5 Badezimmer mit Toilette waren sehr gut ausreichend für unsere Großfamilie und mehrere Kleinkinder. Die im großen Bad integrierte Sauna haben wir gerne genutzt. Auch der kleine Balkon, von dem man aus in den Garten gehen kann ist super. Die Küche mit viel Platz und super großem Kühlschrank ist toll. Nur wenige hundert Meter ist ein großer neuer Spielplatz, die Altstadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bio-Markt, etc. Am Altmühlsee ist ein toller Abenteuerspielplatz, fußläufig in ca. 50-60 Minuten erreichbar, überall viele Radwege. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist leiser als wir erwartet hatten. Fahrräder konnten wir von Johanna ausleihen. Ein perfekter Familienaufenthalt für uns, wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder. HerzlichenDank Johanna!!!
Cons: Nur eine Kleinigkeit: leider keine Gefriermöglichkeit in der Küche, aber Johanna hat unsere Kühlakkus bei sich eingefroren. Am Wochenarbeitstag (Freitag) hörte man das Betonwerk in der Nähe schon morgens (wie ein laufender Staubsauger).

Gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Fewo
Wir haben uns in der Fewo recht wohl gefühlt und auch die kleine Sauna genossen. Das ältere Haus liegt vor den Toren von Gunzenhausen, aber direkt an der Zufahrtsstraße. Es ist fußläufig zum Altmühlsee, dem Radwegenetz und dem Stadtzentrum von Gunzenhausen.
