Our house is located in the beautiful Hoppecketal, only a few minutes walk to the center, directly at the ski lift with a wonderful view of the Ettelsberg and the Köhlerhagen. You live in an exclusive, quiet location in the middle of the hiking and skiing area, on the beautiful hiking trails of the Upland and Rothaarsteig. Close to the valley station of the Sonnenhang ski lift and right next to the child-friendly practice slope. No annoying search for a parking space for winter sports fans. Ideal starting point for mountain bike or motorcycle tours.

The village center is approx. 15 minutes' walk away.

The cozy and comfortably furnished apartment for 2-3 people, 33 sqm, invites you to relax. Ground floor entrance, sunny and bright, south-facing windows, non-smoking, suitable for allergy sufferers, no pets, free W-LAN access.

Separate bedroom, LCD TV. Bathroom with WC and barrier-free shower, hairdryer, underfloor heating. Living room with sofa bed, LCD TV, CD radio. Kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with grill, induction hob, coffee machine, coffee pad machine, toaster, kettle.

On the terrace belonging to the apartment with garden furniture and in the garden you will find relaxation and peace in good weather. Storage space for skis, mountain bikes or motorcycles.



Interesting leisure facilities are just a few minutes' walk away: Climbing hall, summer toboggan run, go-kart and bowling alley, Ettelsberg cable car with high heath tower, lagoon adventure pool.

Pros: Wohnung und Garten bieten alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Absolut ruhige Ortsrandlage, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist mehr als komplett ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber mit einem bequemen Bett. Von dem Garten hat man teilweise die Möglichkeit auf den Bikepark bzw. den K1 Lift zu schauen. Dazu gibt es eine kleine Terrasse mit Tisch und Sitzmöbeln mit Auflagen. Wir konnten die Wohnung sogar früher beziehen und die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gab gute Tipps zu Ausflugszielen. Die Möglichkeit unsere Bikes sicher zu lagern und den Wirtschaftsraum für die schmutzige Kleidung zu nutzen war klasse. Zu erwähnen ist noch, dass die Wohnung sehr ruhig liegt, aber gerade der Lift in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen ist. Die Ortsmitte mit den Lokalen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nicht zu weit entfernt. Cons: Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Ferienwohnung in top Lage, alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Pros: Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Konnten sogar schon eher einchecken. Bei Fragen standen sie einem gerne zur Verfügung. Cons: Gab nichts zu bemängeln.
