I love this location because it is close to everything and there is lots to do here. Tennis, golf, skiing, fishing. Great, easy location to grocery shop, get to the slopes and enjoy downtown.

Nice place to stay
I really liked the beauty of the place overall. However, it needs AC in the summer. Fans just don’t do the job and we struggled to sleep. The location, pool, and hot tub was very nice. For the price it was good but I would probably choose to pay for a place with AC next time.
Great location. Quiet and comfortable
The location was ideal. Walking distance to park city ski area, easy access to the town bus and quiet neighborhood.
Perfect
Stayed here with a small group during Sundance and it couldn't have been more convenient or pleasant. Joanne was a totally conscientious host: the fireplace wasn't igniting and within an hour she had it fixed. She even had someone come in and tidy up midway through our stay. We can't wait to come back!
Very nice townhome
Great location with large market, bus/shuttle stop and community hot tubs/pool all close by the unit. Only item keeping me from giving it 5 stars is beds could use upgrade.
Great property!
Really enjoyed our stay. Super central location - grocery store across the street, 15 minute walk to slopes, and you can cross-country ski back. Easy to leave luggage at the pool house if you want to ski the day that you checkout.

The place was great and the owner, Joanne, is AMAZING. After checking out, I realized I left an earring (with a lot of sentimental value) on the floor of one of the rooms. Not only did she go to the trouble of finding it in the carpet before it got vacuumed up, but she brought it with her the next time she came to LA so that she could hand deliver it. There aren't many people that would go so far out of their way for a random guest!!
