Villa Sand – Your Holiday Home in Bad Emstal, Grimmheimat Nordhessen
Welcome to charming Villa Sand, perfect for family getaways and gatherings with friends. This spacious house in Habichtswald Nature Park accommodates 10 adults and 3 small children, with 5 bedrooms across 3 floors, 1 bathroom with bathtub and WC, 1 bathroom with shower and sauna, guest WC, open living-dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The attic bedroom with 3 beds is accessed via a narrow staircase.
One pet is welcome for an extra fee. Minimum stay is 2 to 4 days, depending on the season. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, children’s books and toys. For little ones, a baby cot and high chair are provided. The covered terrace and garden invite you to relax in the evenings.
Supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a bus stop are within walking distance. Kassel, Edersee, and Twistesee can be reached in about 30 minutes.
Five parking spaces are available for Villa Sand guests. Smoking and large events are not allowed. Thanks to its layout and recent renovation, Villa Sand is ideal for family reunions or gatherings with friends. The sauna is included. Please note, the MeineCardPlus guest card will no longer be available for stays from 2027 onwards.
Self check-in, photovoltaic power, energy- and water-saving features, and waste separation aids are provided.
