The Fuchs holiday rental offers space for up to 7 people in its 51 square metres. It features one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two bunk beds. The living area includes a sleeper sofa that serves as a sleeping arrangement for the 7th person. The open-concept living area also features a TV, a DAB radio with Bluetooth, and a fireplace. The built-in kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, exhaust hood, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave-oven combination, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, an egg cooker, and a bread slicer. The naturally lit bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and a heated towel rack. The entire apartment is heated centrally via underfloor heating. Bed linens and towels are included. Wi-Fi and parking are available free of charge. There is also free storage space for skis, bicycles, and other equipment. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Parking is available right next to the holiday rental, and there is a storage room for skis and bicycles.

On-site costs: Payment is due in advance according to the invoice. Additional fees can also be paid in cash on site. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Key handover upon arrival and departure is arranged individually. Pets are not allowed. A cot or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax for adults is €2.50 per person per night and €1.25 per person per night for those eligible for a discount (ages 12 through 18 inclusive); this is normally included in the invoice and itemized accordingly. Meals are not included. A bread roll service can be offered on Saturdays during the weekend by arrangement. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking. Bed linens: €5 per bed for a change; drink service is available in exchange for a small donation in the donation box.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
