One of the most beautiful holiday rentals, located right on the biking and hiking trail in the Saale-Unstrut holiday region, with a stunning view of the vineyards and Neuenburg. Our house is idyllically situated in the countryside yet close to the centre—just a 5-minute walk to the nearest shopping area and only a few metres from the Unstrutbahn train station. Freyburg invites you to enjoy a wide range of leisure activities, such as a visit to Neuenburg Castle, the Rotkäppchen sparkling wine cellar, the winemakers’ association, the Turnvater-Jahn Museum, the outdoor pool in the vineyards, and many different cafes and restaurants. Just a few kilometres away is the county seat of Naumburg, home to additional attractions such as Naumburg Cathedral, St. Wenceslas Church with its famous Hildebrandt organ, and the Nietzsche Documentation Centre. But the Geiseltalsee, which is just a 15-minute drive away, also offers fun and relaxation with swimming and water sports.

The rooms were completely renovated in 2022 to a high standard and furnished with attention to detail. Seating and lounging areas on the terrace and in the garden are included. Ideal for an exclusive and unforgettable holiday. We provide free, secure parking for your car and bicycles right in front of our holiday rental. The location of our holiday rental invites you to relax from the very first moment. With a direct view of Neuenburg, just under 100 metres from the Unstrut River, surrounded by beautiful nature, and situated right next to the bike and hiking trails, you can start your holiday with us. A separate entrance and a spacious terrace lead you into the cosy living areas. In the entryway, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a stove with oven. In the back area, the apartment features a comfortable box-spring bed and a third sleeping option in the loft, accessible via a ladder (for children ages 3 and up and agile adults). Our property is not accessible for seniors or people with disabilities. The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower with a Raindance showerhead, a hair dryer, and a toilet, the modern kitchen, and the terrace with a view of the castle and vineyards round out the overall experience. Bed linens and towels are included. Please note that smoking is prohibited and pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and TV free of charge. A 24-hour check-in is also possible on short notice by arrangement. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a particularly beautiful setting.



On-site costs: Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer. You will receive an invoice from the host requesting that you transfer the total amount. Please do not make the transfer until you have received the invoice from the host. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A baby cot can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax is payable on site. In addition to the listed prices, a visitor’s tax of €1.50 (off-season: November 1 through March 31) and €2.00 (high season: April 1 through October 31) per person per night will be charged in addition to the listed prices. You can obtain information about the discounts offered by the visitor’s card from your host. With the visitor’s card, you can take advantage of numerous free and discounted offers in the towns of Freyburg, Bad Bibra, Bad Kösen, Naumburg, Nebra, and Bad Sulza. Breakfast is available upon request for a fee. The base rate includes bed linens, towels, parking, Wi-Fi, and use of the terrace.
