Our 82-square-meter "Alte Tenne" holiday apartment is located on the ground floor (with separate, wheelchair-accessible entry if needed). Thanks to its sunny south-facing location, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Allgäu Alps. The apartment features a lovingly furnished kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a small terrace. The apartment is designed for 2 people; a sleeper sofa is available in the living room for additional guests (upon request).

Rooms and Amenities: There is a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious closet; the kitchen-living room is fully equipped with a refrigerator (including a freezer), a stove (ceramic cooktop), exhaust fan, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, egg cooker, microwave, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, and all standard kitchen utensils. From the bright, inviting living room, you have direct access to your terrace, where garden furniture is provided for your use. A flat-screen TV is also included in this apartment’s amenities. The adjacent dining area offers space for your meals and cosy evenings. In the bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in shower and a toilet.

A relaxing holiday in the countryside with mountain views
Haus Brenner is a former farmstead and was completely renovated through 2022. This created our two holiday apartments in the former residence as well as in the former barn and the old threshing floor.
Our house is located in Seeg (Hitzleried district) in southern Ostallgäu, right on the bike path (e.g., to Alpe Beichelstein).
The “honey village” of Seeg is located not far from the Schwaltenweiher, Lake Forggensee, and near Füssen—and thus on the border with Tyrol (Austria).
Bicycles, e-bikes, skis, and snowboards can be stored and charged in a lockable side room.
Swimming, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing opportunities are available in the immediate vicinity. Experience unforgettable, relaxing, and carefree holiday days at our house.



On-site fees: 100% of the accommodation price must be paid in advance via bank transfer after booking. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A travel cot is available free of charge upon request (in the “Alte Tenne” holiday rental). Tourist tax: €1.95 per person/night is charged separately. Included in the price: heating, water, electricity, bed linens, kitchen linens, and bath towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi included, parking



Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
