The house, which has two living units, is located in a biodiverse natural garden at the eastern end of the Oberbergischer Kreis, on the edge of the Sauerland region. Your unit is at ground level, with access via a covered terrace, and you can park for free right in front of the apartment in the courtyard. Garden furniture and a grill are available for your use.



Apartment, shower or bathtub, toilet, 1 bedroom:

The apartment measures 57 square metres (plus a 20-square-meter covered terrace), sleeps 2–3 people, and is comfortably furnished. The direct view of the garden invites you to observe plants and animals and to relax.
The bedroom features a large, comfortable double bed (a cot can be provided). There is the option to set up a guest bed in the living room for a third person. The living room, furnished with a couch, wicker armchairs, and a desk, features a 40-inch satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer). The bathroom features a shower, bathtub, hair dryer, and a large mirror, and the utility room also includes a washing machine and dryer.



On-site costs: A deposit of 20% may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on site. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 80% of the total price. Check-in from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM; check-out by 12:00 PM. Pets are not allowed. Keys are handed over in person on-site or, in exceptional cases and by arrangement, via a key safe. An additional rollaway bed or cot is available upon request. Children under 5 stay free. An extra bed costs €15 per night for children 6 and older and €20 per night for adults. Card payments are accepted on-site. Due to card processing fees, we prefer advance bank transfers or cash payments on-site.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
