Taras - Holiday cottage Emilia

Taras is a 13-square-meter double room on the upper floor that has been lovingly renovated and furnished. It features laminate flooring with underfloor heating and a double window. Taras is furnished with a box-spring bed (140 cm x 200 cm), a chest of drawers, and a seating area. There is one bathroom with a toilet and shower on both the upper and ground floors, as well as a 30-square-meter common room with a cosy sofa, a flat-screen TV with Magenta TV and Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen-dining area on the ground floor, all available for shared use by holiday guests. A private refrigerator for guests’ own food and drinks is available in the kitchen-living area for Taras’s guests. The adjacent rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun, especially on sunny days.



With a total area of 126 m² spread over 2 floors, comprising 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living area with a kitchen-diner and a rooftop terrace, our holiday home—renovated in 2023—accommodates 8 people. On the ground floor, where the “Kirk” twin bedroom, the bathroom, and the living room with kitchen are located, the house is fully accessible and therefore well-suited for people with mobility impairments. The cosy living room with kitchen is equipped with a wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, sofa, dining table, built-in kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerators, coffee maker, microwave, and kitchen utensils. “Tschaidana” is a room on the upper floor with a bunk bed. “Taras” is a double room with a box-spring bed, and “Laubegast” is a double room with a double bed. On the rooftop terrace and in our small garden, you can relax and use the grill, fire pit, and pizza oven. Wi-Fi and 2 parking spaces are available free of charge. Both the entire house and each individual room can be booked separately.



On-site costs: Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer. For last-minute bookings, payment is due on-site in cash. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed upon request for a fee of €5.00 per pet per night. A cot can be provided upon request (for a fee of €10.00 per night). The tourist tax of €0.50 per person per night (for guests aged 7 and older) will be charged separately on-site. A bread and drink service is available upon request. The base rate includes bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, Magenta TV, parking, firewood, and use of the grill, fire pit, and pizza oven. You can book the entire holiday home (all 4 rooms), in which case you’ll receive a discount.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
