Vacation apartment Löbauer Berg - Lerchenberghof Eibau

The “Löbauer Berg” is a luxurious apartment with a cast-iron spiral staircase that spans two floors. It features 3 bedrooms with double beds and a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a dining area. The living area features a corner sofa that invites you to relax and can be converted into a bed. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a toilet, a bidet, a double sink, and a lighted mirror. The living area is particularly unique thanks to its open-roof design with a wooden structure and features a loft in the attic. The holiday rental also includes bed linens and towels, as well as coffee and a small selection of tea in the kitchen, all as part of our standard service. A bottle of mineral water as a welcome drink and final cleaning after check-out are also standard parts of our service.
Note: The holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor and is allergy-friendly; therefore, pets are not allowed here. 



The Lerchenberghof is a family-run, historic farm in a rural setting in the beautiful Spree source region of UpperUpper Lusatia. It was lovingly restored for you between 2019 and 2022. An experiential farm awaits you—for young and old alike—with a history spanning from 1747 to the present day. A journey through history, beginning as a dye works for linen weavers, through the farming life of bygone eras, to the farm’s current use as a tourist adventure farm with guest rooms and holiday apartments. There’s an adventure playground with water here where even children in wheelchairs can play—it’s wheelchair-accessible. Table tennis and darts are available free of charge, and you can book a pony ride or a Segway PT tour (by appointment). A historical farm tour is also available for groups of 4 or more, during which you’ll learn many interesting facts about life in Upper Lusatia, or you can take a carriage ride pulled by an old Hanomag tractor. 



On-site fees: Payment is due on site in cash or by card (EC, Visa, and Mastercard).Pets are allowed in some holiday apartments (for a fee of €10/day); please check the apartment description. A cot or rollaway bed is available for a one-time fee of €10.00; please specify this when making your reservation if needed.Breakfast or a bread roll service can be booked for an additional fee; a restaurant is located approximately 200 metres away (closed Mon.–Tue.). Included services such as Wi-Fi and parking are covered by the room rate. 



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
