Gostamos muito da localização, fica extremamente perto da praia e dos comércios em geral, na rua do apartamento tem adega e padaria, todos muito próximos!!! Quando chegamos o apartamento estava muito limpo e cheiroso! O proprietário sempre muito atencioso, respondendo nossa mensagens de imediato

Estive nesse apartamento e não é nada do que está na foto,o apartamento é sujo,os ventiladores não funciona,o torneira do banheiro estava quebrada,tinha que ficar ligando registro para usar o vaso pq a torneira ficava vazando,pior experiência,aluguei pq só tinha comentários ótimo mais não é nada disso Sem contar que quando vc aluga ele pede um calção alegando caso de multa,na hora de devolver ele não devolve pq não desligou a tomada da geladeira e fala que deixou o ventilador ligado,o calção que era para multa ele já arruma outra coisa. Vc vai falar com o proprietário ele bloqueia a gente. Me senti totalmente lesada
