This spacious holiday rental, which was renovated and refurbished in 2019-2024, offers a distant view and a private terrace in the garden. The apartment features one bedroom, a living room with a sleeper sofa and a workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and much more. There is a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine in the bathroom, and a separate toilet. Towels and bed linens are provided in this holiday rental. All furniture and furnishings are in like-new condition and of high quality. The apartment is located in a very quiet, green setting. Fresh air, hiking trails, and unspoiled nature await you. Marburg’s city centre is about a 7-minute drive away; the Marburg pharmaceutical campus is just 5 minutes away. The apartment is best suited for guests arriving by car. Parking is available.

Der Weg von der Straße zur Ferienwohnung ist beschwerlich über etwa 40 Stufen einen Hang hinunter.Der im Internet aufgeführte "tolle Panoramablick" ist nicht vorhanden, weil durch den Baumbestand am Hang unterhalb der Ferienwohnung verdeckt.
