Vacation apartment on the Kore - apartment/flat, separate toilet and bath/shower

Our holiday rental is located in the heart of Limbach, in the area known as “Auf dem Kore” (meaning “Quince Square”). It’s situated in a 30-zone and is therefore in a quiet location. Nevertheless, it’s centrally located; the town centre—with a bakery, doctors’ offices, and shopping options—is about 150 m away.
We welcome cyclists and motorcyclists.
No pets allowed for hygiene reasons. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

The town of Kirkel is very well connected to the public transport and road networks, yet it is situated in an idyllic, rural setting.
The town of Kirkel is located within the Bliesgau Biosphere Reserve, a recreation and adventure area recognised as an UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Apartment/holiday rental, separate toilet and bathroom/shower:

The apartment is 65 m² and is located on the ground floor of our residential building. It is a self-contained, separately accessible apartment with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Suitable for 2 people (individuals, couples, or parents with a small child up to age 6). The apartment is at ground level. It was renovated in 2020 and lovingly furnished. Awarded 4 DTV stars****
The kitchen is equipped with all essential utensils and appliances (microwave, espresso machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker). A fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, and a convection oven with a ceramic cooktop and an illuminated range hood are provided. The shower area in the bathroom is walk-in and wheelchair-accessible.
The bathroom has a window. A hair dryer, an illuminated mirror cabinet, and a cosmetic mirror are provided. The toilet is separate.
The living room invites you to relax with a corner sofa set (with a pull-out bed). Wi-Fi (up to 100 Mbps), satellite TV (Smart TV, Netflix), and a stereo system (CD, Bluetooth, DAB+) are available for entertainment, along with books and board games. A combination lock safe is provided. There is also a desk for working on a laptop, for example.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a spacious, modern wardrobe. There is enough space for a travel cot, for example. A lockable storage room for your luggage or sports equipment, such as bicycles, is available in the apartment.
In the outdoor area in front of the apartment, a small seating area with a charcoal grill is available during the summer months.A free parking space for a car or motorcycle (uncovered) as well as a bike rack are available on our property directly in front of the apartment. Access from the parking space to the apartment is at ground level.
No pets allowed for hygiene reasons. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.



On-site costs: Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer. A 15% advance payment may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key box. Pets are not allowed. Use of the on-site washing machine and dryer is available as part of a laundry service for a fee of €5.00 each. The price includes bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking space, towels, and tea towels



Check-in is from 2:00 to 22:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 11:00.
