Lots of hole in the wall restaurants as well as Sports Bars - Puerto Nuevo Lobster and Sea Food Town is a 3 min drive. Private surf break in front of house! tennis courts/basket ball close to amazing restaurants. 15 minutes from downtown Rosarito and 50 minutes from downtown Ensanada 45 hour from the wine country. (we do wine tours) othe excursions can be arranged as well.

Very Safe/Friendly Community

The house is very nice and very big. We had a great time. The kids loved all of the activities (pool, Foosball, ping pong, darts, etc). The property manager was great and very responsive. The community is very secure and everyone is very friendly. I felt comfortable letting my kids play at the park that is just a little down the street from the house. The private beach was great. It takes a little bit of climbing to get down to it, but it was beautiful. I suggest taking water shoes for the rocks, I wish we had taken some. The house is just like 10 minutes away from Puerto Nuevo (Lobster Town). It is about 40 minutes away from Ensenada (which is a BEAUTIFUL drive) Overall, everything was great.

Once you get here you will not want to leave! This house has it all, no need to go anywhere. 24 Hour Gated Security. People Love the Private Surf Breaks and other Amenities that are available.

What makes this property unique

Only 30 Seconds from the Water, watch Beautiful Colorful Sunsets .

10 Plus Guest are accepted - The house sleeps 10 with 5 beds and 3 couches. Other Properties do not allow large Families, we do. If more than 10 people there will be a $30 per person one time fee added. They would need to bring blow up mattress's plenty of floor and deck room. Tv's are for movies only, no cable. Netflix on Firestick - YouTube, Wi-Fi works great! No mean animals, no smoking in house only on patios.
