Das Objekt ist insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen, was unzählige (kleine) Mängel mit sich bringt.Der Wasserhahn in der Küche ist defekt, um zu Spülen haben wir mit dem Wasserkocher Wasser aus dem oberen Bad geholt und gekocht (Verwalter wurde am ersten Tag informiert, Mangel wurde nicht behoben).Wasseranschluss der Waschmaschine ist undicht, konnten wir nicht benutzen.Die Möbel (oben) sind in die Jahre gekomme, Türen hängen schief, Schieber funktionieren nicht. Stöpsel klemmen, Heizkörper sind total verstaubt, Abdeckung von Stromverteilerdosen fallen ab.Einiges an Geschirr stand verdreckt im Schrank (liegt ja aber an den vorherigen Mietern).Die Lage ist suboptimal mit kleinen Kindern, wir haben in der näheren Umgebung keinen Spielplatz gefunden, der Zugang zum Strand ist an der Steilküste nicht möglich, man muss mit (kleinen) Kindern zum flachen Strandzugang laufen.Die grundlegende Sauberkeit der Wohnung war gut.

Ein geräumiges Haus in einem gepflegten Zustand

Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Positiv war der gepflegte Zustand und die Sauberkeit sowie die allgemeine Ausstattung. Leider fehlen Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten in den drei Schlafzimmern, was in den Sommermonaten ungünstig ist. Hier muss unbedingt etwas ergänzt werden.

Schöner Urlaub mit Hund

Tolle Lage mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand und zur Gastronomie. Gut ausgebautes Radwegenetz.Besonders geeignet für Urlaub mit Hund, da ausreichend und schöne Hundestrände vorhanden sind. Im Ort gibt es auch ein eingezäuntes Freilaufgelände.

Das Haus Carla hat uns sehr gefallen, nah am Wasser und nicht weit um direkt in Boltenhagen zu sein, Service der Hausvermietung super. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen, Dankeschön.

Sehr gute Unterkunft. Strandnähe! Abseits vom Innenstadt und Promenadentrubel, welches in der Saison nur von Vorteil sein kann.
