Beautiful and quiet country house outside the village of San Jordi, completely fenced plot with private pool. With a total of 150m2 of house and 65,000 m2 of land.

Ground floor: The house has a large living room, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (with gas hob and dishwasher) and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Upper floor: It has a bedroom with a double bed and a small living room.
Outdoor area: Large veranda and large garden with comfortable furniture and pool 11x 5.5m (maximum depth between 2.2m and 1.90m). On leaving the house you will find another bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Extra apartment, in the garden, with a double bed and bathroom with shower.
Extras: mobile barbecue, cable TV, video, radio, CD, free WLAN and alarm clock. Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Conveniently located 5 km from Ibiza town and 3 km from the beaches of Las Salinas and Playa d'en Bossa.
Full cleaning every 7 nights, including change of bed linen and towels.
