Für uns - drei Freundinnen, die sich in Chemnitz getroffen haben - war die Wohnung perfekt : sehr sauber, gut und praktisch ausgestattet und zentrumsnah gelegen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Pros: Schön renovierte und sehr helle Wohnung in Laufnähe zur Innenstadt, ruhig, gut ausgestattete Küche Cons: Irritiert waren wir, - dass niemand vor Ort war und wir den Schlüssel 15 Min entfernt abholen mussten (und froh, dass wir unser Gepäck so lange im Auto lassen konnten) - dass Toilettenpapier, ein normaler Spülschwamm o.ä. und Geschirrtuch nicht zur Grundausstattung gehörte by, sondern von uns besorgt werden mußte - dass auf dem Balkon gerade mal 2 Menschen sitzen können, nicht mehr

Pros: Helle, freundliche Wohnung mit sehr guter vollständiger Ausstattung und Balkon. Cons: Das nicht angegeben war, dass sich die schöne praktische Wohnung im 3. Stock befindet und kein Aufzug vorhanden ist.
