This modern apartment accommodates up to four guests and features two comfortable sleeping areas: a cozy double bed in the living room and a separate bedroom with two single beds.

The living area is equipped with a Smart TV, a PlayStation IV, and various board games, providing entertainment for all ages. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and a seasonally available beach chair on the balcony.

For laundry needs, a washing machine and dryer are available in a communal area for a fee. The building has an elevator, and bicycle parking is conveniently located on-site. A free parking space is also provided for guests. Pets are welcome upon request.

Please note that balcony renovations will occur from October 1, 2025, to early April 2026, with related noise expected during this time.
