Near the accommodation, you can swim in Lake Chiemsee, hike, go mountain biking, cross-country skiing, or downhill skiing.
Chiemsee Living is in a quiet yet central location. Everything is just a few minutes’ walk away: Lake Chiemsee & the beach, a bakery, a supermarket & organic supermarket, beach bars, cafés, and restaurants.

At CHIEMSEE LIVING, you book the entire house! It consists of two cosy, spacious holiday apartments—one measuring 140 square metres and the other 125 square metres—each accommodating up to 6 people. The perfect place if you want to holiday together while still having your own private space.
The slightly larger holiday apartment features two bedrooms (a new box-spring bed and two single beds) plus a living room/bedroom with a new, comfortable box-spring sofa bed (sleeps 2), a large kitchen with luxurious amenities, and a cosy dining area. The sunny terrace (30 square metres) features comfortable patio furniture, perfect for reading, relaxing, and dining al fresco. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. A separate toilet is also available.
An almost identical apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible via the outdoor staircase. It features an exceptionally large, open, cosy living-kitchen with a fireplace and a panoramic view, offering plenty of space for all 12 guests. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped: a kitchen unit with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with freezer space. Coffee maker and electric kettle.
The holiday rental is stylishly and charmingly furnished. It also features a cosy south-facing balcony and additional outdoor space on the ground floor. An utility room with a washing machine is also available. Both apartments have underfloor heating, and many rooms feature real wood parquet flooring.
The property also includes a garage and a carport with an electric charging station.
The completely redesigned holiday rental has been furnished with great attention to detail.
It’s an ideal starting point for wonderful excursions into nature, the mountains (with hiking boots, a bike, skis, a sleigh, or a snowboard), or to Salzburg or Munich. Fraueninsel and Herreninsel are always worth a visit.
