The vacation home is large and has ten bedrooms, so it can accommodate up to 22 guests.



In addition to the ten bedrooms, there are three bathrooms and a small terrace. The house offers almost 220 m² of space for up to 22 guests and is located in the historic town center of Neuerburg, a small Eifel town in the beautiful Felsenland Südeifel.



This accommodation is perfect for vacationers, craftsmen and assembly groups looking for spacious and practical accommodation.



The town house can be divided into two residential units. Each unit has its own living area with its own entrance. It is also possible to rent the entire house. In this case, the dividing doors open and up to 22 people can spend a wonderful time together in Neuerburg.



There are a total of ten bedrooms with 22 sleeping options. There are three single rooms, three double rooms, three three-bed rooms and one four-bed room to choose from.



There is a small terrace in front of the house with a view of the church square and the church of St. Nicholas. Unfortunately, it is not possible to park directly in front of the house, but there are parking spaces on the roadside nearby.



This vacation home is not suitable for unaccompanied youth groups and young adults (up to the age of 25). Stag parties and so-called drinking parties are not permitted. In this case, please book other accommodation.



An additional fee per person and night will be charged as a guest contribution by the town of Neuerburg. For children/young people from the age of 10 up to the age of 16 a lower fee applies. Fitters and children/young people up to the age of 10 are exempt from paying the guest contribution.
