Very beautiful, comfortable house, built in 1985, renovated in 2022. On the outskirts, 2.8 km from the centre of Nieuwvliet, 150 m from the sea, 150 m from the beach. Private: property 450 m2, garden 300 m2 (fenced). Terrace (16 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing), parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Restaurant, bar, bakery, bicycle rental 200 m, bus stop "Halte Taxi Nieuwvliet-Bad" 750 m, railway station "Knokke (België)" 18 km, sandy beach "Nieuwvliet-Bad" 150 m. Marina 6 km, golf course (18 hole) 11 km, riding stable 200 m. Bath/shower/WC, Sauna. Upper floor: 1 children's room, 1 bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Shower. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smoking house.
