Very beautiful, comfortable house, built in 1985, renovated in 2022. On the outskirts, 2.8 km from the centre of Nieuwvliet, 150 m from the sea, 150 m from the beach. Private: property 450 m2, garden 300 m2 (fenced). Terrace (16 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing), parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Restaurant, bar, bakery, bicycle rental 200 m, bus stop "Halte Taxi Nieuwvliet-Bad" 750 m, railway station "Knokke (België)" 18 km, sandy beach "Nieuwvliet-Bad" 150 m. Marina 6 km, golf course (18 hole) 11 km, riding stable 200 m. Nearby attractions: Breskens & Sluis 11 km, Knokke-Heist in België 18 km, Brugge in België 37 37 km, Middelburg 67 km, Gent in België 70 km, Vlissingen 70 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Exit to the terrace. Large lounge with TV and international TV channels. Exit to the garden. Large kitchen 9 m2 (Gas stove, 6 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC, Sauna. Upper floor: 1 children's room, 1 bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Shower. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
