Welcome to our charming holiday apartment in Moraira! This comfortable and fully equipped accommodation offers 85 m² of space, perfect for up to 4 guests. With two cozy bedrooms and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the idyllic garden, your stay promises pure relaxation.
Our apartment is ideally located, just 100 meters from the center of Moraira and the "Super Core" supermarket. The fine sandy "Playa Moraira" beach is only 600 meters away, and the pebble beach "Playa el Portet" is just 1 kilometer away. Golf enthusiasts will find the "Club de Golf Ifach" only 4 kilometers away. For more adventure and fun, the "Terra Mitica, AquaMundo" amusement park is just 30 kilometers away, and the airports of Alicante and Valencia are both about 60 kilometers away.
Our apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay: a spacious elevator, a communal terrace, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a balcony, a children's area, a heat pump, air conditioning in the living room, and a fan provide maximum comfort. The communal pool with a children's pool on the roof invites you to relax and play, and a parking space in the underground garage in the same building is available for your vehicle. Entertainment is also guaranteed with a TV and satellite TV in Spanish, English, and German.
The open kitchen with a ceramic hob is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishes/cutlery, cooking utensils, a coffee machine, and a kettle. Here you can prepare your favorite meals and enjoy cozy dining.

Experimentamos unas vacaciones verdaderamente memorables en este encantador apartamento en Moraira. Con una ubicación ideal, la conveniencia estaba a nuestro alcance en todo momento.
El apartamento en sí es espacioso y bien equipado, con dos acogedoras habitaciones que ofrecen vistas impresionantes de las montañas y el sereno jardín. Disfrutamos especialmente de la terraza comunitaria y la piscina en la azotea, perfectas para relajarnos y disfrutar del sol.
Las playas cercanas, como la Playa Moraira y Playa el Portet, estaban a poca distancia, ideales para días de sol y mar. Además, tener el Club de Golf Ifach a solo 4 kilómetros nos permitió practicar nuestro deporte favorito con facilidad.
El apartamento está equipado con todas las comodidades modernas que se puedan desear: Wi-Fi rápido, aire acondicionado, cocina completa y un garaje subterráneo para nuestro vehículo. La atención al detalle y la limpieza impecable también contribuyeron a nuestra experiencia positiva.
