Welcome to our lovingly furnished vacation apartment! The apartment is located in a newly built detached house and offers everything you need for a relaxing and restful vacation on 56 square meters. It offers space for a maximum of four people with a view of a pretty garden and an idyllic stream.

- Sleeping facilities: 1x double bed in the bedroom, 1x sofa bed in the living room

- Kitchen: High-quality, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher

- Living area: The real wood floor creates a warm and cozy atmosphere

- Terrace: The small private terrace invites you to linger outdoors

- Parking: A parking space is available directly at the house

- Ground level: Access to the apartment is at ground level, but not completely barrier-free and must be reached via steps due to the slope



Location and surroundings

Centrally yet quietly located, you can reach the old town, the promenade and the lakeshore in just 10 minutes on foot. Enjoy the varied gastronomic offer in the numerous cafés and restaurants or explore the sights of the city.

The bus/train station is only a 5-minute walk away.



Leisure activities

Überlingen is the perfect starting point for many leisure activities, whether by bike or on foot - the surrounding area offers beautiful routes and fantastic landscapes. Lake Constance also offers numerous water activities. You can also take wonderful boat trips on the lake from Überlingen. There are several wineries in the region that invite you to sample their wines. The Überlingen thermal spa also offers a good alternative excursion on days with bad weather.
