Beautiful, bright 2.5-room apartment with a south-facing terrace overlooking the garden. Private beach chair (patio furniture and beach chair available from mid-April through late October). Modern kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Large bay window seating area. Bedroom with a double box-spring bed and TV. A small separate bedroom with two single beds arranged in a corner (1 x raised) and a third TV (this bedroom is intended for children—not for adults). The apartment is designed to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (not 4 adults). Living area with large TV/radio/Blu-ray/Wi-Fi. Spacious shower room. Floor heating, exterior roller shutters.

One parking space is included with the apartment. There are plenty of additional free parking spaces in front of the house. A bike rack and a bike shed are located in the garden. An additional beach chair spot is available for all guests (mid-April through late October). A washing machine is available for free use in the house.

The house at Kampstraße 14 is located about 350 m from the Nordhedig beach access, north of Westerland. The centre of Westerland is within easy walking distance. The path to the beach crosses the Sylt bike trail. A bakery, bike rental, and restaurants are “just around the corner.” After an eventful day on the island, enjoy your cosy holiday rental. In the evening, you can stroll along the beach promenade into town and admire the spectacular sunset.
