You’ll be staying south of city centre Murnau in a quiet residential area, in a high-quality, spacious attic studio with views of the mountains and the Murnauer Moos. Enjoy your own separate entrance to the apartment, as well as a balcony with cosy seating. Parking spaces are available right in front of the building.
You can easily reach the picturesque Murnau pedestrian zone in a 10-minute walk and the trauma centre in another 10-minute walk.
The attic studio (71 square metres of living space) has been completely renovated and offers views of the Alps and the Murnauer Moos. The loft-style living area features a large corner sofa, a dining table, and an open kitchen, and provides access to the west-facing balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher. You’ll have a very spacious bedroom (with a box-spring double bed and two single beds) and a small bedroom (with two single beds). The spacious apartment features two large, modern bathrooms with showers (one bathroom has a washing machine). The entire apartment is equipped with radiant floor heating.
The first-floor apartment is accessible via a staircase.
