An Apartment In The Center Of Rome With A View On The Roofs And A Terrace

A completely renovated apartment (loft style) at the last floor of a XVI century building with a
great view and a terrace right in the historical center of Rome,
at walking distance from world-known Piazza Navona. It has
2 bedrooms (around 95 m2) and it is quiet and sunny with wooden beam ceilings and
parquet floors.
It is fully equipped with kitchen, air condition, heating, wi-fi connection and a washing machine.
There is no elevator. We require a minimum stay of 3 nights. The check-in is between 9 am and 8 pm. For
late/early arrivals there is a surcharge of 20 euro.

Amazing location, very nice apartment with very cozy patio

We had a fantastic time staying in Ponte on the Via Dei Coronari. The location is great for getting just about anywhere on foot. The apartment has a great kitchen and a nice little patio tucked away up top. The views from the windows overlooking nearby church domes are incredible.

This apartment is located in the beautiful historic area, and is within walking distance to wonderful restaurants, museums etc. Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful place in an amazing neighborhood!

Wonderful location and nice and roomy for a family of 4. The stairs are no joke though! But all that height gets you great light and views. Central to most major attractions and there are very close stops for buses that go direct to farther locations. Probably one of the most charming neighborhoods I have experienced in Europe.

Great location for all the sights

The property is lovely - quirky and spacious. Great central location above one of the main streets but hardly noisy atall. Nice to have a small outdoor terrace but slightly tricky to get to. One slight disadvantage is the steps up to the property - 85 in total!! All in all a great place to stay which we would definitely go back to.

Large apartment in great location

The apartment is large and well appointed. Everything you need. The time they took at the check in process to review the area and give recommendations was helpful. The location is perfect - easy walk to all of Rome. The stairs, however, are no joke. Worth it, but be aware. The owner also helped us tremendously during our stay - which was above and beyond.

The apartment was wonderful and perfect for our family. It was well laid out and located in a quiet corner of a safe neighbourhood, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The Vatican, Pantheon and Colloseum were all easy walks. The host arranged for a car to pick us up from the airport which was a very nice touch, especially after a long flight. Some reviews mentioned stairs and there are some, but I'm close to 60 and had no trouble with them. I look forward to staying here again. Grazie Francesco and Marilu!

Wonderful Family Christmas

The apartment is located in a great area. Close to most of the major monuments and surrounded by nice shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and exactly what our family of four needed. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment which made making our Christmas dinner easy. Something you need to know before renting this apartment. It is on the fifth floor and there is no elevator. The building is very old and the stairs are worn which makes carrying suitcases up and down challenging. Other than that, we loved staying here!

Rom der kurzen Wege

Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Den Großteil unserer Aktivitäten konnten wir zu Fuß erledigen. Lebensmittelläden und sehr gute Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe reichlich vorhanden.Viele Informationen dazu liegen in der Wohnung aus. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnug sehr ruhig, nur 'gestört' vom Geläut der nahen Kirche. Der Check-in verlief etwas holperig, da die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über eine weitere Person stattfand, die sich erst während unserer Anreise meldete.Für uns war es nicht relevant, aber die über 70 Stufen zur Wohnung sind ein gutes Training für all die Kirchenstufen Roms.

Appartement parfait pour notre famille de 5. Difficile d'être mieux situé pour tout faire à pied! Rue très agreable. Sachez qu'il n'y a pas de table pour manger, tout se passe sur des tabourets au comptoir, problèmes de dos s'abstenir ! Mais l'appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé, on a manqué de rien pour cuisiner. La dame qui nous a accuilli était super gentille. On y retournait!

Printemps avant l'heure au centre de Rome

Très bon séjour en famille de 4 nuits dans une rue piétonne de Rome. Appartement pittoresque très bien situé à 5 minutes à pied de la place Navone et 20 minutes à pied de St-Pierre. Situé sous les toits au 5ème étage sans ascenseur, appartement très fonctionnel. Très bon accueil pour les transferts vers l'aéroport et les conseils de visites et restaurants. Taxe séjour 5 euros/j/personne à régler sur place
