This centrally located house is just a few minutes’ walk from Duhnen’s sandy beach, the town centre, and the romantic beach promenade. You’ll find everything you need for daily life in the small local shops, while numerous restaurants and cafés invite you to linger. The AHOI! water park with its thalasso centre is also nearby and offers ideal opportunities for wellness and leisure.
This modern and cosy holiday home offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, the spacious bathroom, and the two bright bedrooms can accommodate up to three people. One bedroom has a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), and the second has a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm). In the living room, you can relax after a day at the beach, a shopping trip, or a mudflat hike and enjoy a cosy end to the evening.
The terrace is perfect for a leisurely breakfast in the sunshine and also offers a pleasant place to linger in the evening. The private garden provides additional privacy and a safe place for children to play. The area around Cuxhaven offers exceptional opportunities for excursions: walks on the seabed, hikes, or carriage rides to the island of Neuwerk; tours through forests and heathland right by the North Sea; or a day trip by catamaran to the offshore island of Heligoland. Of course, you can also simply enjoy a relaxing day in a beach chair on the white sandy beach.
In the evening, Duhnen’s diverse dining scene invites you to enjoy a cosy meal before watching the sunset over the sea during a stroll along the beach promenade. During the summer months, numerous events take place right on the beach, including the famous Duhnen Mudflat Race—the only horse race in the world held on the seabed.
Prices are per night, with the final cleaning fee already included for the first night. Electricity, water, and other utilities are included. You can conveniently add bed linens, towels, high chairs, or cots as optional extras on the booking form. One small dog is permitted here. We charge a small fee per night for this. Please remember to specify this when booking.
Please note that charging an electric car via a Schuko outlet without a suitable charging device is not permitted. We ask that you use the public EV charging stations in Cuxhaven for this purpose.
