Das ganze Ferienhaus ist in einem guten, neuen Zustand. Sauber. Ein Neubau, samt Inventar, ohne Gebrauchsspuren. Ein Ort, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Sämtliche heute erforderliche Ausstattung ist vorhanden: WLan, TV, die gesamte Küchenausstattung, Bad in Top-Zustand, Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten, Gartenbereich. Gute Heizungen im Haus. Die Strassen der Umgebung des Hauses erfordern ein gutes fahrerisches Können, was dem dann dort aber eingelebten Fahrer sicher besonderen Spass machen sollte. Und für die unmittelbare erste Anfahrt zum Haus, solange der Gast noch neu ist, könnte man sich noch eine Verbesserung der Hinweisschilder vorstellen. Aber wenn man dann weiß, wo es lang geht, dann ist alles nicht mehr schlimm. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, denn Kassel und Umgebung haben enorm viel zu bieten, denn wir waren nur 3 Tage, im Februar, dort.

Ein ganz wunderbares neues Ferienhaus, super sauber und freundlich modern eingerichtet. In der Küche hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, das Bad ist tip top...super nett gemeint war auch, das für den Hund Snack und Decke bereitlagen. Wir fühlten uns ab Sekunde 1 sofort willkommen. :-) Einen Stern Abzug gibt es von uns im Hinblick auf den menschlichen Schlafkomfort: Das Holzbett sieht zwar sehr schön aus, knarrte aber beim jedem Positionswechsel. Zudem waren die Matratzen ziemlich "durch". Hier kann man aber sicher schnell Abhilfe schaffen. Die Zuwegung ist ohne Orts- und Bergfahrkenntnis etwas abenteuerlich, aber gut machbar. Hier empfiehlt sich die Zufahrt über Holzhäuser Str. - am Fabesberg - Höhe 304. Grund unseres Aufenthaltes zum Jahreswechsel war die Flucht in eine vermeintlich ruhige Gegend aufgrund unseres Angsthundes wegen Sylvesterfeuerwerk. Aufgrund einer guten Rezension und der Info von unserem Vermieter, dass die letztjährigen Gäste zufrieden waren, hatten wir das Haus gemietet. Leider fanden wir nicht die Ruhe die wir gesucht haben, da im Nachbarhaus gegenüber eine Party bis in die frühen Morgenstunden andauerte inkl. Sylvesterböllerei direkt vor unserer Haustür. Auch die Jägerschaft ist dort zu Sylvester sehr aktiv, also nichts für sensible Vierbeiner. Aber zu der Party inkl. Sylvesterknallerei kann der Vermieter nichts, daher möchte ich zum Abschluss sagen: tolles Haus, tolle Wandergegend in Nähe eines über das Jahr hinweg bestimmt sehr ruhigen Naturschutzgebietes.

Schönes Häuschen in schöner ruhiger Natur. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und komfortabel. Bequemere Esszimmerstühle wären gut und die Möglichkeit der Mülltrennung.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Betten waren bei unserer Ankunft bereits bezogen-herrlich. Direkt vom Haus aus, kann man zu schönen Wanderungen starten. Wir würden empfehlen Fliegengitter zu installieren, durch die Lage in der Natur waren viele Insekten unterwegs. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage und auf bald!

Großartig Ferienhaus Fuldatal

Super schönes Ferienhaus direkt am Reinhardtswald am Hang mit Aussicht auf die Fulda im Tal. Super schön im nordischen Stil eingerichtet alles vor Ort. Perfektes Wochenende. Dankeschön!!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder. !
