Double room - RhönZeit apartments and rooms

Our double room (25 m²), with a sweeping view of the countryside, is bright and modernly furnished. It is equipped with a double bed (2 box-spring beds with spring mattresses, size 180x200 cm), a table with 2 chairs, an armchair, a mirror, a chest of drawers with a smart TV, and a coat rack. Through the large windows, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of our garden and the surrounding countryside.
The room is located in a shared area.
This includes a hallway, a kitchenette (equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, dishes, glasses, and silverware), a shower/toilet, and a toilet with a sink (both lockable). Various indoor and outdoor dining areas are available.
Our guests are welcome to use the guest kitchen, which is equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and cooking utensils. It is located in the common area and may be shared with others.
Breakfast can be booked upon request.



Unwind after an active day in our quiet double and single rooms.
Bed linens, towels, and Wi-Fi are included with all rooms.
We provide our guests with free parking for cars, lockable storage for bicycles, as well as a small fitness room and lounge areas.
In the summer, you’re welcome to enjoy our spacious garden with a lawn for sunbathing and outdoor furniture. You can access our garden through a spacious lounge area that seats 6–8 people. 
Our house is located directly on the biking and hiking trail in the beautiful Brandbach Valley near the Rhön Star Park, perfect for hiking or paragliding at the nearby Wasserkuppe.
There is a bus stop in the town centre, about a 5-minute walk from our house.
At a higher vantage point on the outskirts of town, you can relax on a double lounger or stargaze at night. In the summer, you can also enjoy the paddling pool on the outskirts of town.

On-site fees: Payment is due upon arrival in cash or by card. Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM; later check-ins by prior telephone arrangement. Check-out from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets: not allowed. Tourist tax: 1.00 € per person per night. Included services: Wi-Fi, parking, final cleaning, bed linens and towels



Check-in is from 3:00 to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
