Biohof Schott - Holiday apartment at the organic farm

Nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by forests, fields, and dry-stone walls, lies the small farm known as Schott. For more than 300 years, the farm has always been a small operation, primarily dedicated to self-sufficiency. Even today, the Schott organic farm remains one of the smallest farms in the valley. The farm has been certified organic since 2014 and places great value on natural diversity on a small scale.
The holiday rental is located in a wooden building newly constructed in 2021 above the barn, adjacent to the granary. The only neighbors are the animals in the barn, the wildlife all around, and, of course, the Schott family, who live in the old farmhouse across the way. Sleep in beds made of gently fragrant Swiss stone pine, enjoy cosy get-togethers in the spacious kitchen-living room with a wood-burning stove, and take in the view of the grazing sheep all around or watch the sunset from the terrace: a holiday here offers peace and relaxation. 



Holiday Rental on an Organic Farm:

Life in the barn building is very comfortable: the fully equipped apartment allows up to four people to enjoy a truly special holiday surrounded by nature. Designed with care and practicality in mind (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.), the holiday rental is the perfect place for people who want to live a natural and simple life without having to give up a few small luxuries.

On-site fees: We place a high value on sustainability, which is why smoking is prohibited throughout the entire property. Lighting fires or setting off fireworks is also strictly prohibited without exception. Pets are not allowed.
