The holiday home is on one level, measures approximately 85 m², and is designed for 4 people; additional toddlers are welcome. The living room features an XXL smart TV, a wood-burning stove, a couch with an electric reclining function, 2 armchairs, and a massage chair with a stand-up assist. The kitchen-living area has an induction cooktop, oven, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric fireplace, sofa bed, TV, and dining table. In the large bedroom, you’ll find a double bed, one closet, and a chest of drawers. The small bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together and one closet. The bathroom has a spacious, wheelchair-accessible shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a guest bathroom with a small sink. The garden area measures approximately 300 m², including a terrace of about 30 m². A parking space and a covered area for bicycles are available. The Ammerland region is a popular fishing paradise.

In the living room, you’ll find a couch with an electric reclining function, 2 armchairs, and a massage chair with a stand-up assist. The kitchen-living room is equipped as follows: induction cooktop with 4 burners, built-in oven, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and microwave. The dining table seats 8 people and features an electric fireplace. The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm sleeping area), 1 chair, 1 closet, and a chest of drawers. The small bedroom has two single beds (each with a sleeping surface of 100 x 200 cm), which can also be pushed together to form a double bed, and a closet. The bathroom has a spacious, wheelchair-accessible shower with a shower stool, a toilet, and a sink. There is also a guest bathroom with a small sink.
