Ich kann mich der Vorgängerbewertung und den dort erwähnten Mängeln leider nur anschließen. Ich hatte gehofft, dass diese bis zu unserer Anreise behoben werden. Dem war leider nicht so. Alle dort erwähnten Dinge zu Sauberkeit und Wartungszustand waren leider genau so noch anzutreffen, loser Wasserhahn, wackelige Stühle und fehlende Grundreinigung. Zusätzlich war die Spülmaschine defekt, hier wurde zwar kurzfristig auf unsere Meldung geantwortet, für Abhilfe konnte leider so schnell nicht gesorgt werden. Wir durften dafür bei Abreise das schmutzige Geschirr stehen lassen.Alles in Allem ist es eine nette kleine Wohnung, die der Beschreibung entspricht. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Innenstadt fußläufig zu erreichen. An der Sauberkeit und Wartung müsste gearbeitet werden, der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super nett und freundlich, der Check-in unkompliziert.

Preis/Leistung nicht angemessen

Die Unterkunft entsprach grundsätzlich der Beschreibung. Oberflächlich war auch gereinigt worden, aber eine intensive Grundreinigung plus Wartung hätte gut getan: Die Treppe zur Wohnungstür wurde wohl seit Wochen nicht mehr gekehrt, das Glasgeländer im Dachgeschoß hatte einen deutlichen Belag, Fingertapser auf Toaster usw.. Es gab auch technische Mängel wie einen sehr losen Wasserhahn in Spülbecken (musste man mit der zweiten Hand festhalten), ein Küchenstuhl war am auseinanderfallen, der Klorollenhalter ist fast abgefallen. Für 225 pro Nacht kann man definitiv mehr erwarten.
