Wir haben jetzt zum 2ten Mal gebucht bei der Könenmann GmbH und waren sehr zufrieden. Alles wie beschrieben angetroffen. Kurze Wege zur Innenstadt Westerland und ins Grüne Süder Wäldchen. Für den Hunde Auslauf mit eingezäuntem Gelände ist in der Nähe des Flughafen gesorgt und mit dem PKW nicht weit.

Sehr gute Hausaufteilung in zentraler Lage

Positiv:Sehr gute räumliche Aufteilung mit insgesamt drei Schlafzimmern und entsprechenden Möglichkeiten bei WC/Bad. Sehr viele Verstaumöglichkeiten. Küche mit allem was man braucht und auch gute Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohn-/Esszimmer. Außerdem schöner kleiner Garten mit Strandkorb,Dazu zentrale Lage mit wenigen Minuten Fußweg zum Strand oder in die Stadt.Negativ: die Süderstraße ist leider schon eine "Rennstrecke", insofern hat man da schon wahrnehmbar, wenn man mit offenen Fenstern schläft, immer wieder Straßenlärm.
